Marketing Account Manager

IXI is hiring a talented Marketing Assistant to join our team who is willing to work hard and grow with the company. The successful applicant will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs – both our own as well as those of our clients.  The successful candidate will assist in the development of marketing collateral, track existing marketing campaigns, provide website updates (WordPress), management and execution of social media and SEO campaigns, assist with local search, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
  • Submit ideas for innovative marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the brand of WebIXI and our clients
  • Work closely with the development team to create pieces to be put on retail sales floors
  • Collaborate with brand ambassadors to create innovative ways to gain exposure for client products
  • Be available as a resource for senior marketing professionals who need assistance with completing large projects
  • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience working in marketing or advertising
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • Ability to manage and direct social media campaigns for multiple organizations simultaneously; and work toward many company initiatives at once
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations or related field
  • Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite, ManyChat and SocialPilot
  • Professional certification in Google Analytics
  • Experience with graphic design
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
  • Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention

Promotional Products Sales Representative 

IXI is hiring a talented Promotional Products Sales Representative to join our team. If you’re excited to be part of a winning team, IXI is a great place to grow your career.

This business to business sales role is perfect for one who has working knowledge of printing and promotional product sales. You will prospect and develop accounts, generate sales quotes and handle customer inquiries. You will be highly engaged in business development. You will initiate outbound calls and receive inbound calls, email, etc. in order to develop new business for the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years B2B of inside sales experience with a demonstrated ability to close
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong MS Office and knowledge of CRM systems
  • Must have a record of success in cold calling, qualifying leads, positioning value-added services and closing business.
  • Must be a fast-paced, goal oriented individual who can provide world-class service to our customers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recent Promotional Product Sales Experience
  • Experience working in the printing industry

  • Can-do attitude that loves to be challenged
  • Metrics-oriented and organized, with a strong need to win

  • Excellent time-management skills in a self-paced work environment
